Jim Ely

Jim Ely has been in the SBA lending business since 1984 when he began working with Stultz Financial.

Since 2004, Jim has been the lead instructor for the SBA Application Processing class offered by the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.

Jim also chairs the loan committee for Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County.

In 2015 Jim was recognized by the SBA as their financial services champion of the year.

Steve Stultz
Steve Stultz was the founder of Stultz Financial the predecessor to sbapro.com. Steve has worked in the SBA industry since 1972. Steve is a past recipient of SBA’s National Financial Services Advocate Award and National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) Distinguished Service Award.

He has served on the NAGGL’s Board since it’s inception in 1984 and currently serves as Past Chairman.

Steve also serves on the board of directors for the CDC Small Business Finance Corporation (the nation’s largest Certified Development Company).  Certified Development Companies process the SBA’s portion of 504 loans.

Pretending to be retired, Steve chairs the sbapro.com advisory board.
